All orders are typically processed within 72 hours and shipped every weekday at 4 pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. If your order is shipping to a location within the United States, it will arrive 5-7 business days after it leaves our fulfillment center.
International orders are subject to tariffs/duties (paid by the customer) and may require a few additional days to process due to the customs paperwork that must be completed. This process may take up to 7-14 business days during certain times of the year.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
